Welcome to Bovay & Cook, P.A. Our partners are both tax lawyers, each holding an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law. This degree means that, after graduation from law school, we have each completed an intensive year of education in tax law. We are proud that Florida's LL.M. program is generally considered one of the top two such programs in the country.
Our firm handles legal matters in the following practice areas:

Our clients include families seeking multi-generational planning, physicians, other lawyers, real estate developers, professional athletes, and university faculty and administrators. Since we are a small firm and all of our lawyers are focused on the same area of practice, we are able to work together in a collegial atmosphere to create solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Each of our partners is also "of counsel" to the Dean Mead law firm. This relationship allows us to collaborate with Dean Mead's outstanding tax lawyers and provides our clients with access to legal services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, health care law, agricultural law and biotech and other start up company endeavors.
